Surroundings

Between lagoon, gulf and mountains

Santa Giulia is one of the most beautiful bays in southern Corsica: white sand and clear, shallow water where children can stand far from the shore. Palombaggia, Porto-Vecchio and Bonifacio are a short drive away, as are the Bavella needles for a day of hiking.

Good to know: Santa Giulia beach is a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk downhill. The way back is uphill, so with young children or a day's worth of beach gear, the car is more practical.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 5 pm, check-out by 10 am. In July and August, arrivals and departures are on Saturday or Sunday.

Are linen and cleaning included?

Bed and bath linen are provided. A €100 fee per stay covers the final cleaning.

Is the villa suitable for young children?

Yes, with a baby cot and a large garden. There are about ten steps down to the villa, and the walk back from the beach is uphill, so the car is often easier with toddlers.

How do I get there?

Figari airport is about 30 minutes away by car. It is served by airlines including Air Corsica, Air France, easyJet and Volotea, with direct seasonal flights from Geneva, Basel-Mulhouse and Zurich (Edelweiss). See flights to Figari airport. A car is recommended to explore the beaches and villages of the south.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The living room is not, but it has two standing fans and opens onto the terrace and the garden.

“As I still work on the mainland, I can't enjoy my house as often as I'd like. That's why I encourage visitors to discover this magnificent region that I love and that they will want to protect. I'm sure they will especially enjoy the landscape, the food, the flora, the magnificent beaches and Corsican hospitality.”
